Return and Replacement Policy for Paint Protection Films (PPF) and Window Tint Films

We care about your satisfaction and the quality of our products, therefore we offer a clear and fair replacement and compensation policy.

1. Replacement and Compensation Policy for Paint Protection Films (PPF):

If you experience any issue during the warranty period, such as yellowing or film peeling, you will be compensated with one replacement roll per vehicle.

If the defect causes damage to the vehicle's body, compensation will be provided based on the estimated repair cost within Saudi Arabia.

The warranty also covers:

  • Color fading or discoloration.
  • Weakness of the adhesive material.
  • Assurance that the vehicle's paint and headlights will not be damaged due to film application.

Warranty duration:

  • 5.7 mil PPF → 7 years warranty.
  • 5.8 mil PPF → 10 years warranty.
  • Matte and colored 5.7 mil PPF → 5 years warranty.

2. Replacement and Compensation Policy for Window Tint Films:

The warranty covers:

  • Changes in heat rejection percentage.
  • Clarity reduction or visual distortion.
  • Color fading or discoloration.

Warranty duration: 10 years from the date of purchase.

General Conditions for Replacement and Compensation:

  • Replacement or compensation will be provided after inspection and confirmation that the issue is covered under the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized installation.
  • The original invoice must be presented when requesting replacement or compensation.
  • If the same product is not available, we will provide an alternative of equal quality.
